How do I collect my tickets (TOD)?

You will be given a 8 digit reference when you complete your booking. You just have to enter your reference in one of the ticket collection machines but you must have the card you booked with for ID purposes. Please make sure you wait for all the tickets to be printed.

When can I collect my tickets?

Any time after you have made your booking. You can collect them from any station that offers TOD.

What do I do if I have a problem collecting my tickets?

Please go to the ticket office in the first instance and then call 0871 512 2002

Can I amend my booking?

You can but there is a £10 admin charge. Please rebook your new journey and send the new booking reference and the one you no longer want to refunds@raileasy.co.uk

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes as long as the “fare terms” say your ticket type is cancellable, please check these as you book. Please note there is a £10 admin charge. Please email refunds@raileasy.co.uk

By booking through this mobile web site you are agreeing to Raileasy’s terms and conditions.
  1. To collect your tickets at a station (ticket on departure or TOD) you MUST have the same card you used for the booking.
  2. If you opt to receive your tickets by post, you must contact us within 5 days if your tickets fail to arrive.
  3. If you need to amend/cancel your booking, there is a £10 admin charge. You can view the fare terms as you purchase your tickets.
